Cornelia “Conny” Kausch
Founder / Senior Coach & Consultant
In a career spanning over 40 years, Cornelia has made a name for herself for her “people first” approach. Prior to founding CK Collective in 2020, she served as a C-level leader and consultant in the hospitality industry. Now, at the helm of her own boutique consultancy, she brings her passion and expertise in fostering human-centric, values-led organisational cultures and leadership to companies and leaders from a wide range of sectors. Conny trained in psychodynamic coaching and consulting at INSEAD, in systemic/solution-focussed coaching at the Karlsruher Institut and is a certified Senior Coach for the Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching e.V.

Luisa Zielinski
Partner / Consultant
Trained in systems-psychodynamic consultancy at the Tavistock Institute and holding degrees from King’s College London and the University of Cambridge, Luisa draws on a rich methodological background to explore and shape the intersections of complex systems, narratives, and identities. Throughout her 15-year career, she has worked with startups, agencies, and multinationals; with leaders from the corporate world as well as Nobel Prize winners and cultural changemakers. Equal parts intellectually rigorous, playfully creative and hands-on, Luisa always seeks to generate deep understanding, but knows how to make solutions practical and actionable.

Nina Schacht
Associate / Facilitator
A highly engaging and experienced facilitator and moderator, Nina knows how to bring people together around shared challenges. In this, she combines a well-stocked toolbox with excellent analytical and observational skills and a keen attunement to human dynamics. Nina’s academic background is in the psychology of learning, teaching, and training; she has over 20 years experience in qualitative research as well as innovation/strategic facilitation. Having held leadership positions in agencies and interim management, Nina knows first-hand how to build up culture, structure, and talent in harmony.

Dr. Michael Theim

Mike’s expertise lies in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder scenarios where human factors, strategy, regulations and numbers intersect. Over the course of his career, Mike has held senior leadership positions in the hospitality industry, consulted on major real estate projects, and served on numerous boards. With a keen ability to parse delicate dynamics, Mike delivers invaluable counsel to both our team and clients. He holds a PhD in law.
